You can return the products purchased from our website in unopened packaging within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Note: Products must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged, together with the invoice or shipment. How long does the return process take?
According to the “Right to Withdraw Without Reason” of the consumer law, the return period is fourteen (14) days as of delivery. You can return your products to us within fourteen (14) days after our delivery.
In how many days will the refund process be completed?
All transactions regarding your returned product will being within 48 hours after it has reached our storage and will be completed within 1 week. All information regarding the return process will be sent via e-mail. How many days it takes for the amount to be refunded to your card depends on the bank.
